Laser Filters

UTE Optics specializes in producing or customizing laser harmonic dichroic mirror, spectroscope, dichroic filter, or harmonic spectroscope. It is used to separate the harmonics of Nd: YAG laser beam. There are four available wavelength configurations:

1. 1064 nm reflection, 532 nm transmission

2. 532 nm reflection, 1064 nm transmission

3. 355 nm reflection, 532 and 1064 nm transmission

4. 266 and 355 nm reflection, 532 and 1064 nm transmission

The reflected beam splitting film is plated on the front surface of the glass substrate, and the rear surface is ar antireflection film for transmission wavelength. The optimal angle of incidence (AOI) of both coatings is 45 degrees.

The rear surface coated with AR antireflection film can reduce unnecessary interference effects (such as ghosting), which is caused by the mutual interference of reflected light on the front and rear surfaces. On an uncoated substrate, about 4% of the light with an incident angle of 45 degrees is reflected; The reflection ratio can be reduced to less than 1% by plating antireflective film on the back surface of the beam splitter.
